What is the exchange and return policy?

We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with YAG Boutique orders, we offer exchanges on retail items that are unworn & in the same condition received for up to 30 days after purchase. Unfortunately We do not exchange or refund due to change of mind. If you think the quality does not meet your expectation, please take photos and sent them to info@yesyallgoods.com.au, we will refund 100% of that product.

How long will the shipping take?

Due to the current restriction, it normally takes 5-10 business days. We are improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, this may require 2-4 business days processing time (Customisable product requires 3-5 business days for processing).

 Delivery Fees?

We offer free shipping Australia - wide for order over $69, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 Australia - wide will be applied for orders less than $69. 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

Why I received my order separately?

As we work with different designers and manufaturers worldwide, and your order more than likely contains products from more than one supplier, your items had to be shipped separately.
