Yesy All Goods is small online business set up and operating in Melbourne. We decided to start to operate our business in 2020, which, to most of us, is a never-gonna-happen-again-year. We believe in such a special year, we want to deliever our Love-and-Peace to the market and actually make it happen. 

Our aim is to explore high quality and unique products at a fair price from all over the world. We are collaborating a number of outstanding designers and manufacturers all over the world. 

We clearly know our responsibilities. We believe business is not all for profits, business is also for contributions. As a small start-up business, we would like to do our best for lives and the world. We will donate a part of our revenue to PetRescue to save lives, build a home for all rescued ones and create ultimate happiness. 

Also, we are proudly Australian based and managed. We will provide easy return, easy exchange services locally and support our communities and economy.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. 

If you order pet customisable products and would like to customise, please make sure you leave a note with your pet's name, your phone number in the cart page so that we can start to prepare your item as your request. If you failed to provide any notes in the cart page, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only send you an item without any personalised contents if we haven't heard from you in 3 days after order is placed.

Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 5 business days.Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step!

• We accept secure payments via Visa/Master Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Shipping destinations:

• We ship Australia wide.
• We will expand to worldwide shipping in the future.

Shipping times:

• For Australian Customer, the estimated shipping time is 5 to 10 business days (Not including processing time). Sometimes It may takes longer due to publice holidays. This does not include the order processing time.
• We are improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, this may require 2 to 5 business days order processing time.
• For customisable pet products, this may require 3 to 7 business days processing time in order to get the item ready.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location and other factors.
• Please note we do not deliever to PO box address or parcel locker.

Import Taxes and Duites, for customer outside of Australia only:

• Our price is inlcuding GST (Goods and Service Tax), which is for Australian customer only. 
• For customers from outside of Australia, our goods are delivered duty unpaid (DDU) or Delivered At Place (DAP).
• For customers from outside of Australia, the price is excluding any related taxes and duties, which means customers are responsible for any taxes or duties on the shipment and may need to pay them (if required by the custom of your country) before you can receive their your order.  

Order tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email to you. You can track your order from 'Track Your Order' page.
• You may receive mulpitle tracking numbers although you placed one order. This is because we work with multiple designers and manufacturers all over the world, your items had to be shipped separately if you bought from different suppliers. You may then receive multiple packages separately.

Shipping cost for products exclude furniture:

• We have offered Free Shipping to Australia-wide for orders over $69.
• For orders under $69, a starndard flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies Australia-wide.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. 

• Timing:  we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Unfortunately We do not exchange or refund due to change of mind. We can only offer an exchange or refund due to damaged or faulty items.
  
• Returns and refunds can not be provided due to customer error, eg: providing the incorrect shipping address etc.
  
• For returns, please email info@yesyallgoods.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, photos of the item and the reason for the return.
• We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods and send it to us to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. 
• Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. This is an estimated timeframe while most refunds will be processed sooner.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
