Our Detailed Shipping Policy:
Shipping destinations:
- We currently ship to Australia/New Zealand.
- We will expand to worldwide shipping in the future.
Shipping times:
- For Australian Customer, the estimated shipping time is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch (Not including processing time). Sometimes It may take longer due to public holidays or where you live. Metro areas tend to be quicker, while regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
- For New Zealand Customers, the estimated shipping time is 7 to 10 business days after dispatch (Not including processing time).
- We are improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, this may require 2 to 4 business days order processing time.
- For customisable pet products, this may require 3 to 5 business days processing time in order to get the item ready.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location and other factors.
- Please note we do not deliver to PO box address or parcel locker.
Import Taxes and Duties, for customer outside of Australia only:
- Our price is including GST (Goods and Service Tax), which is for Australian customer only.
- For customers from outside of Australia, our goods are delivered duty unpaid (DDU) or Delivered At Place (DAP).
- For customers from outside of Australia, the price is excluding any related taxes and duties, which means customers are responsible for any taxes or duties on the shipment and may need to pay them (if required by the custom of your country) before you can receive their your order.
Order tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email to you. You can track your order from 'Track Your Order' page.
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers although you placed one order. This is because we work with multiple designers and manufacturers all over the world, your items had to be shipped separately if you bought from different suppliers. You may then receive multiple packages separately.
Shipping cost for products exclude furniture:
- We have offered Free Shipping to Australia-wide for orders over $69.
- For AU orders under $69, a standard flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies.
- We have offered Free Shipping to New Zealand for orders over NZD$120
- For NZ orders under NZD$120, a starndard flat rate shipping fee of NZD$15 applies.
- We offered free shipping Australia wide during specific promotions, please kindly keep an eye on it:)
Why I received my order separately?
As we work with different designers and manufacturers worldwide, and your order more than likely contains products from more than one supplier, your items had to be shipped separately.
